My short story about becoming a stylist. Right after highschool I went to college for an art degree but found that to not be the right path for me. After some time and thinking, finding myself, my mom and grandparents encouraged me to try cosmetology school. I had been doing their eyebrows and hair for years and thought I’d try it. I ended up loving it and graduated in 2019. Job searching, I found Curl Power and instantly fell in love! With all the plants and curls, I knew that I had to make them fall in love with me. I don't specialize in any one field. I love all that I do from cleanse & styling to cutting & color of all textures and lengths. Waves, curls, and tight coils are so unique and so wonderfully beautiful. I know that I am living my dream job!
A little about myself. I am a huge plant mama… like I have over 100 plants and plant babies at home. Yeah I know it’s a lot yet I still feel I don’t have enough. I have loved all types of art all my life. My favorite art mediums are digital art, ceramics/pottery, and print work.
